Aligned Trader Mind ("we", "us", "our") is an unincorporated trading education and tools brand operating in the United Kingdom. References to "you" or "the user" mean any person accessing this website or purchasing our products or services.

Aligned Trader Mind is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, or personal recommendations.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern:

• Your use of the Aligned Trader Mind website
• The purchase of physical products (books) sold via Amazon
• Monthly subscriptions to TradingView indicator access
• Monthly subscriptions to Telegram channel access
• Any other products or services offered by Aligned Trader Mind

3. Products and Services

3.1 Physical Books (Amazon)

The Professional Trading Journal and Trading Psychology Workbook are sold exclusively through Amazon. Purchases of these products are subject to Amazon's terms and conditions. We have no control over Amazon's fulfilment, returns, or refund processes for these products.

3.2 TradingView Indicator Subscriptions

ATM TradingView indicators are sold as monthly recurring subscriptions via Whop. Upon subscribing and providing your TradingView username, we will grant you access to the relevant invite-only Pine Script(s) on TradingView.

• Access is granted to a single TradingView account per subscription
• Access is personal and non-transferable
• You may not share, resell, or distribute access to any indicator
• We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these conditions are breached
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time via your Whop account dashboard
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period following cancellation

3.3 Telegram Channel Subscriptions

ATM Telegram channel subscriptions provide access to instrument-specific channels delivering structured market commentary. Subscriptions are managed via Whop and renew monthly.

• Content published in Telegram channels is for educational and informational purposes only
• Nothing in any Telegram channel constitutes financial advice or a personal recommendation
• Access is granted to a single Telegram account per subscription
• You may not share or redistribute channel content without our written permission
• We reserve the right to remove members who breach these terms or engage in disruptive behaviour
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled via Whop

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe via the Whop platform. We do not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Where a price change affects an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel any monthly subscription at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the relevant product until that date.

5.2 Refunds

Because our digital products (TradingView indicator access and Telegram channel access) are delivered immediately upon subscription, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by applicable UK consumer law.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period"). However, by proceeding with a purchase and requesting immediate access to a digital product, you acknowledge that you consent to delivery beginning within the cooling-off period and that your right to cancel under these Regulations is lost once access is delivered.

If you have a legitimate complaint about a product that has not been delivered or is materially defective, please contact us and we will investigate in good faith.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, indicator code, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Aligned Trader Mind and is protected by UK copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any content from this website or our products without our prior written permission.

Access to our TradingView indicators does not grant you any ownership over the underlying code. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the indicator for your own private trading purposes only.

7. Acceptable Use

By using our website and products, you agree not to:

• Use any product or service for any unlawful purpose
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to any paid product
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the source code of any indicator
• Use our content or brand materials without written permission
• Engage in any conduct that is harassing, abusive, or disruptive within any community or channel we operate
• Make any misleading claim about being affiliated with Aligned Trader Mind

We reserve the right to terminate access to any product or service without refund if these conditions are breached.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all associated products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That this website will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That any indicator, tool, or content will produce any particular trading result
• That any information or commentary will be accurate, complete, or timely
• That access to TradingView or Telegram will be uninterrupted, as these are third-party platforms outside our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UK law, Aligned Trader Mind shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, this website or any of our products
• Any trading or investment decisions made in reliance on any content we produce
• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Any interruption or failure of third-party platforms including TradingView and Telegram

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where limitation is prohibited by UK law.

10. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website, in our products, in our Telegram channels, or in any communication from Aligned Trader Mind constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
